For this growing, international logistics company, we are looking for an experienced Distribution Center Manager. Our client offers various services such as warehousing, B2B delivery, B2C delivery and operational support.

In this role you are responsible for the operational and financial excellence in one of our client's most important warehouses in Belgium. You take the lead over a team of 30 employees, who guarantee the delivery of all freight. You organise all operational activities and report directly to the managing board. Furthermore, you make sure every procedure is compatible with legal standards to ensure our clients quality requirements. You get the chance to optimise logistics processes and implement new procedures.
Profiel
Bachelor/Master or equivalent experience
+10 years of experience in a similar role
Language skills: (native) French + English + Dutch
Understanding of logistics/warehousing operations
Excellent people-manager
